Translator Needed to Convert a Document(English to bangla)

I need a Bangla to English and English to Bangla Translator to convert a document. I have a 15 page document which is in English has to convert in Bangla.
For 15 page i will pay 300 tk. It needs maximum 1 hours to Translate the whole documents. I need good translator who can translate the whole document correctly.
