This is actually not a ready flat but a ready building including 1480 sqf land. (i.e 2 katha) meaning the price mentioned above includes both the land and the house.

Location in detail:
This is not in Demra ( I had to choose Demra as Matuail is not available in the drop-down list.) Its approximately 2.4 km away from Jatrabari. plus 750 meter from dhaka chit highway. 10tk via rickshaw. The location is under Jatrabari thana.

Building in detail:
1. It has 5 story foundation. (you can build six story if you want though)
2. Its a two unit building. (i.e each floor have two separate units. Units are separated by stair.
3. 2nd story is partly complete. (i.e one unit is completed in 2nd floor. another unit is incomplete.)
4. gas, water (wasa) and electricity all facilities are available.
5. huge reserve tank is available.

papers are ready and pure. mutation is done.


Requirements prior to contact with the owner:

I am (the poster of this AD) son of owner. So, no middle man exist. You will come and meet us inside the house we are selling.

Whether you are interested or not you will pay up a fee of 200.tk if you visit us. This is to avoid people who are not serious. So that we dont lose our time. this fee is not applicable if you buy the house.
