female sublet for one single room or seat only female

1 female student or job holder flat-met is needed from 1st JULY 2013 in one room.
we r 3 parson .me ,my wife & my sister .....
i am a IT Engineer. my wife & sister both are student ...
flat condition 3 room .1 dining 2 bath .
it is located in West-Rajabazer, dhaka......very close to sukrabad,farmgate ,dhanmondi 32,square hospital ...panthopoh.ashad-gate ......
total room rant 6500 taka wid all cast ....bt one seat is .3000 taka choise is urs total two parson were stay in this.
female job holder can be acceptable .
