Marketing and Sales Officer

Job Description:
•deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
-respond promptly to customer inquiries
-obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
-keep records of customer interactions and transactions
-record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
-record details of actions taken
-follow up on customer interactions


Requirements:
-Minimum HSc. BBA major with marketing will be given priority.
-Very good communication and convincing skill
-Knowledge on MS word, excel and internet browsing.
-Self Motivated
-Candidates with own laptop/PC is a plus
