Buy House In Australia - A way to migrate

At first you will go Australia by Tourist visa and visit our projects. We also advise you to visit some other projects to see, whether we are taking reasonable price or not. If you choice any of our house, then you will talk builders and solicitors. You will need to open a bank account, where we will be the guarantor. You can also maintain this account from Bangladesh. You need to take permission from FRIB (Foreign Revenue Investment Board). We will help you to get the permission. After getting the permission you have to back in Bangladesh (As you are in Tourist visa you cannot stay there for more than 3 months).

Again you can go there to pay the dues or you will deposit into your bank in Australia and according to your instruction, your bank will pay the dues. Within 6 to 8 months your builder will hand over your house.
Note:

1. All of your transaction will be done by some well-known bank of Australia and as per your instruction.
2. Before hand over the land to the builders, developer will arrange Electricity, gas, water and fiber optic cable in your land.
3. If the builders cannot handover it within 8 months, the developer will pay the rent of the house.
4. In Bangladesh, we will just help you to go Australia by tourist visa.
5. We will help you by providing information about houses in Australia and to choose the right one for you.
