need an investor for a growing up business

I have need an investor for a software firm (which have lots of on going and upcoming project like ecommerce,portal and others)
before you contact with me u must ensure following:
1. you must be give time or service on this business
2. this is a growing business so i can not say you that we will earn huge or i can give you fixed and huge benefit
3. you must be a jolly minded and obviously an honest man.
