A FRAME BORN ON THE TRACK AND GROWN UP ON THE ROAD The frame is undoubtedly the flagship of the RS4 project: created based on the exceptional experience acquired by Aprilia in the WSBK and in the 125 and 250 classes of the MotoGP, it adopts die-cast beams in aluminium alloy with cross-ribbing reinforcement. An extremely lightweight structure, able to offer a high torsional rigidity and which stands out for its avant-garde design. FIRST CLASS BRAKES AND SUSPENSION Both the front suspension, with a robust 41 mm upside-down front fork with black anodised sheaths and 110 mm stroke, as well as the rear suspension with a single shock absorber directly fixed to the asymmetric swingarm are high level. Brakes: at the front a 300 mm diameter steel disc with four-piston radial caliper, supported at the rear by a 220 mm disc with single-piston caliper. The 17” alloy, double six-spoked rims mount 100/80 tyres at the front and 130/70 tyres at the rear. THE ENGINE: AN EIGHTH OF THE APRILIA V4.
