Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate, implement and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production plans of the factory in coordination with relevant departments and sections of head office.
2.Ensure smooth production and operations management in the factory to meet product delivery/shipment deadlines.
3.Innovate, improvise, formulate and implement relevant concepts, techniques, methods and standing operating procedures in production and operation management with consent of management to achieve better quality and productivity.
4.Ensure total quality management (TQM) in production and operations process to meet the requirements of top management, buyers and external auditors.
5.Adopt ways of continuous improvement (Kaizen)
6.Ensure personnel administration and human resource management of employees and workers of the factory in accordance with existing organizational policies as well as national and international laws and regulations.
7.Expand the capacity of in-house workshop, develop skills and competencies of required personnel and ensure smooth, timely maintenance of all machines, equipments, installations and transports of the factory.
8.Ensure overall safety and security of men, materials and premises of the factory.
