Lands for sale at different positions in Mymensing

Hi all,
I am willing to sell some of my family properties in Mymensing (1 km from Shikariganda main road (Dhaka-Mymensing Highway)), mouja: Barera.
We inherited most of it for more than 30 years. Papers available upon request. Reason of selling: Migrating properties to Dhaka.

Description:
1) 19.08 Katha (124 decimal) just beside the road. The road is 10 or 20 feet (not sure yet, but will update once I get the right info). Recently we had fishery project there and is still in form of pond.

2) 6.15 Katha (40 decimal) also beside the road. Just opposite to the property described in (1). This is a high land. We had poultry farm there.

3) Around 60 Katha land with 30 Katha in form of fishery, and others with agricultural benefits. These lands dont have direct road access but most of them are just around 20 metres from the road.

Asking price:
(1)- 9 lacs/Katha (It was 12 - 14 lacs just last year)
(2)- 9.5 lacs/Katha
(3)- 6.5 lacs/ Katha

The price is negotiable. I might not have the best knowledge about the land but from what I see, its best opportunity for an investor. For your information, I am not selling all of it, just enough to meet my certain requirement. As most of it is family property and we inherit it for more than 30 years, they don't require kharij. We have most of the papers ready for clients.

Clients willing to buy sooner will surely be given priority and also after certain limit, I will not sell the rest.
