Need Garments for my Shop in Small Quantities!

I need a supplier of Garments (Male and Female’s western cloths) that is fresh and QC done and poly bagged. I am NOT looking for stocklot/ damaged/ discarded/ defective items.
My need is at most 4 to 5 pieces per item. I am going to open a shop (like Westecs/ Pretex etc) on a limited scale.
Quality is of utmost importance.
Especially looking for items of Western nature.
