JOB PROFILE
We are a leading corporate catering house located in the very prominent area of the Dhaka city looking for an Assistant Operation Manager to manage the total operation.

Job Title:
Assistant Manager - Operation

Job responsibility:
The person will be responsible for the total operation; he will facilitate the food order delivery and ensure the delivery on time.
He has to follow up all the procedures from order taking to delivery on time to client end properly.

Job Description:
Take and understand the order from the sales person / marketing dept.
Make a KOT (Kitchen Order Token).
Take the approval of KOT including the time duration.
Release the KOT to the kitchen in-charge / Chef.
Get the delivery from the kitchen.
Collect the KOT back from the kitchen and check the items accordingly.
Prepare the invoice for the relevant order.
Provide the invoice to the sales person / marketing dept.
Ensure the delivery on accurate time to the proper destination.

Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate
(B.A / B.S.S / B.Com / B. Sc)

Other Skills:
Computer literacy, specially MS Office, and emailing service

Experience:
1-2 years experience is required.
