B.SC in Civil Engineer

B.SC in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution preferably from BUET/KUET/CUET/RUET/DUET.
Education qualification can be relaxed if the candidate has an excellent previous experience & record in relevant field.
Experience& Job requirements:
Age 35-50 year(s) & At least 8-10 years of experience in budgeting & estimation in Real Estate sector in Similar position.
Demonstrated ability to write reports and ensuring timely delivery of projects program reports.
Should have knowledge in Designing, Drafting, Operation& Maintenance, Planning, Project Management ,Survey& sound knowledge of Engineering software particularly in computer Aided Design, Auto Cad, Interior Design etc.
Strong on product knowledge technical & quality analysis.
Strong interpersonal and communication skill in Bengali and English is must.
Sound knowledge on Public Procurement Rules(PPR)

Responsibility:
-Planning, Scheduling cost estimation and execution of work.
-Develop and implement effective strategies and lead project personal toward achievement of objectives within due time, standard quality and budget limit.
-Provide timely feedback to management on project related performance.-
-Able to maintain project control chart.
-Ensure work at site is being carried out according to the design.
-Cooperation with design, marketing logistics, procurement, production and accounts departments.
-Analyzing vendors and suppliers bill.
-Meeting directing &controlling; related staffs etc.

Salary range-
40,000-60,000. BDT
