Assistant General Manager( Sales& Marketing)

JAPAN TAGUCHI CONSTRUCTION CO.LTD. has started business operation in Bangladesh as a foreign investment & the fast growing business conglomerate in private sector of Bangladesh is involved in real estate& construction, is now looking for some dynamic, self motivated, professional and experienced persons for immediate recruitment to the following position(s) aiming to enrich and strengthen the existing team in Engineering & Marketing (sales & development)
Qualification :

Masters preferably MBA/BBA with major in marketing from any reputed institution
Experience& Job requirements:

-Age minimum 30-45 year(s) & 5-8 years of working experience in marketing, sales and telemarketing in reputed Real Estate sector in Similar position.
- Presentable, target oriented& Strong interpersonal and communication skill both in Bengali and English is must.

Responsibility :
Planning and execution of all marketing activities of Marketing Department of the company including targeted sale and credit realization and customer services.
-To make sale enhancement report for top management, monitoring on departmental and business related affairs, Policy making, Product pricing, Market analyses and implementation, Variance analysis, Total media such as electronics and Newspaper, Lease finance from financial organization.
-Monitor the flat selling policy and discuss with management.

Salary range-
40,000-60,000. BDT
