Line Cook

Role:
• Prepare food "to order" for the hotel restaurant
• Ensure consistent quality
• Follow IHR's Standard Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures
Requirements
• Must be detail oriented, work well in a team environment, and enjoy serving customers in a positive, friendly and courteous manner.
• Must have 3-5 years prior experience as a cook in similar hotel/restaurant setting to include Hot and Cold a la carte and Banquet stations
• Be able to handle multiple tasks at a high pace of work.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand on feet for long periods of time.
• Culinary degree preferred.
