Chefs for chines – Main - Dim sum

Responsibilities/Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience with Specialty Chinese cooking required
Possess a full knife set and advanced knife skills (cut, dice, mince and slice), extensive knowledge of product and presentation, extensive knowledge of large production kitchen equipment.
Basic mathematical skills.
Mandatory testing on restaurant menu knowledge (Information will be provided)
Ability to obtain a valid Health Card.
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written forms
Professional appearance and demeanor a must
