QUALIFICATIONS • Degree in Culinary Arts • Three years hotel restaurant or pastry culinary experience • One to two years’ experience as a Pastry Chef • Expertise in food product, presentation, quality and preparation • Menu concept and menu design required • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities • Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, and focus attention on guest needs • Remain calm and courteous at all times. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant standing and walking throughout shift. Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water. The individual must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly. Additional Job Requirements Must able to speak English.
