MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Pro-active in anticipating guest needs and maintains the utmost quality of guest service according to the policies and procedures and the Kempinski standards. • Responsible for the proper communication flow within the department and to other concerned sections. • Providing guest services on the highest level according to the Kempinski standards • Checkup of guest room prior to arrival to ensure a top standard • Ensuring that all special requests are communicated accordingly COMPETENCIES • Experience in a similar position within a luxury environment • Experience in working in the service industry • Excellent communication skills • Fluent English language • English and Chinese are beneficiary Additional Job Requirements Must able to speak English.
