I have two full furnished apartments at Uttara. One is 3 bed rooms & another one is 2 bed rooms apartment with same look furniture displayed in this Ad. This Ad is for my 2 bedrooms fully furnished & serviced apartment with long living & dinning space which is available for rent at Uttara both for short/long term. We always prefer nonresident Bangladeshi/ foreigners during their visit at Dhaka. I have few others full furnished apartments at others prime location of Dhaka city.

Location:

Just next to Uttara 12 number sector beautiful Park. The park is fully secured by security personnel. In the morning & evening families with kids hang out comfortably. Uttara passport & and Desco office are situated in the same road of my building. The surrounding roads are well carpeted. Famous food chain shop such as Kebab Factory, Labamba, Nanna Biriyani & so on are within walking distance. The roundabout which is known as ‘Chowrasta’ where all banks, Zamzam tower and many others restaurants situated are maximum 10 tk. rickshaw fair from my apartment.

For any duration less than 2 months, monthly rent might be little bit higher than the price mentioned here 38000 tk./ month including service charge..Electricity bill is to pay the tenant as per consumption.
