Assist. Developer - PHP, Wordpress

I am looking for a Junior Web Developer who can assist me on my personal projects.
* Job Type: Remote job/ Part time (must be in Dhaka).
* Office attendance: 1/ 2 days per week.

* Looking honest, dedicated and experienced PHP/ Wordpress Developer.
* Expert on Wordpress Theme & Plugin Development, Theme & Plugin Customization.
* Must have Working experience with WordPress Premium Themes and Premium Plugins.
* Expert on Graphic: Basic Photoshop & Illustrator.
* Expert on Front-end Development: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery.
* Highly expert to convert PSD to HTML-CSS template to Wordpress.
* Ability to work individually and independently with minimal supervision.
* Highly Understanding of web security and performance issues.
* Maintain International Standard in Web Development.
* Must be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
* Must have communication skill with international buyer.
* Minimum 1 year experience in Wordpress development.
