This is a Malaysian Company owned by 3 Directors and Share holds as well. Our Company Full function able and has running business with Malaysian Govt. of Science Innovation. We are on Govt. project for Research and Development Program of 2020. Also we have some other IT business running by one of our Director. Company All Documents are upto date and few other licenses also added lately for necessary paper works and business. We also have Hotel/ Restaurant/ Construction/ Engineering licenses under this company. Company pay of capital is 1 Million and can increase to 100 Million, if necessary. Official Bank account with RHB Bank, KL. Our office located at Bukit Bintang, central part of Kuala Lumpur. Office rent agreement still has more 3 years to go. Our company Secretary is a lawyer and also a member of chamber of commerce.
Our one of the director settled down in USA and for that reason we need a new Director and share holder for the company to balance the investment.
