Airport Ground Service / Airport Traffic Officer / Ground Crew job Preparation Course.

Job Description / Responsibility:

Overall responsible for handling the Sales and Airport Service.
Solve the passengers problem and motivate the under command employees.
Monitoring Ticketing, Reservation and Sales of USBA.
Passenger's Handling, Boarding pass issue, Prepare Trime Sheet.
Handling the passengers Check-in-Counter and Ramp duties.
Taking care on the cargoes in-coming and outgoing.
Provide Customer Support over phone and call management.
Problem solving of the passengers.
Situation wise customer handling.


Educational Requirement for the Admission:

Minimum graduate from any reputed university.
Additional Job Requirements
Age 22 to 29 year(s)
Willing to take challenges and able to work under stress.
Candidate must be outspoken/extrovert, smart & well groomed by nature.
Must be capable to speak and understand English to Foreign Nationals
