Job Description / Responsibility:

> English&Bangla; fluency is compulsory.
> Selected Applicants have to make outbound calls to Bangladeshi Customers.
> As an international Call Center Executive, You will be calling to the customer of Bangladeshi and have to convince the customers to sign up with our services.
> Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent.
> Must be able to work on day-shifts, 09:00 a.m. – 12p.m. 5 days in a week.
> Follow-up with prospects by phone or email on a timely manner.
> Obtain new contact names, telephone numbers, and email address of prospects from direct calls and other sources such as websites.
> Call planning and research to perform opportunity identification and need
analysis at all prospect levels.

Job Nature: Full-time/Part time

Educational Requirements:
> If you can speak English Fluently and love to talk over the phone with foreign people then you are the best person for this job.
> No Matter which background you have, if you can speak English like a native English speaker then you are the best person for this job.

Additional Job Requirements:
> Age 18 to 30 year(s)
> No experience needed agents from an international call center will get priority.
> The applicants should have experience in the area(s): Call Centre Supervision/Management, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing.
> Professional & Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.

Job Location:Uttora/Polton/Mirpur,Dhaka.

Salary Range:
7800 tk. – 18000 tk.
