Conditions for plot booking: • Company specified booking form has to be filled up with one copy attested photo (hand written name on the back) and per plot a cheque /pay order of an amount of Taka 100,000 has to be deposited in company name. • All payments have to done in favour of Venus Green City Development LTD through cash/ bank draft/ pay order • Letter of allotment will be given after receiving booking money and 20% down payment • Emigrants residing in foreign countries can fulfill payment through equivalent amount of foreign exchange by making TT or bank draft which will be converted to Taka at the current exchange rate Company will not be held responsible if the project development process is delayed by natural calamities, political unrest, strike, government or any other unavoidable circumstances • Company will take initiatives for the main line connection of water, electricity and gas to the project by maintaining cooperation with the respective organizations. Buyer will have to bear all cost for this matter. Each individual buyer will ensure connection from main line to the plot by bearing the cost by himself/herself. Each buyer must pay the utility money under current market rate before the handover of the plot • To complete the plot registration process, buyer will bear the cost for stamp duty, registration fees, VAT, documentation charge and others • If any applicant disagrees to buy plot after paying booking money/receiving the letter of allotment, s/he will have to submit a written application so the deposited amount can be returned. 15% will be deducted from the deposited amount before the return. • Authority reserves the right to change or update the layout for the benefit of the project. • After handover, a well fair society will be developed by including the plot owner for the societal development of the project.
