Cooking, as the style you desire…….. Basa fillet can be cooked deliciously in many styles and with your favorite recipes. It can be boiled, smoked; pan fried, grilled, baked with desired types of spices and gets the fillets done with mouth watering taste and bites. Out of many different recipes, we are suggesting two most popular cooking styles below: Pan Fry: Put 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a fry pan, heat it. Season the fillet with paprika, salt and pepper. Place the fillet into the pan and fry for 4 minutes, until the fillet turns brown. Flip the fillet over, fry another 3 minutes. Serve hot with sauce, if desired. Baked: Preheat the oven to 400dF. Season the fish with lemon juice, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Place the fillet into baking tray with butter topping. Cover with aluminum foil. Put into oven and bake for 10 minutes. Uncover the fish; squeeze additional lemon juice and a sprinkling of chopped parsley. Bake for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with sauce, if desired. |
