Job Description / Responsibility

*The Position requires very good speaking, writing and drafting abilities in English.
*Assesses the student's stage of development (academic, career, and personal) and advising them for suitable University/colleges in the UK, Canada, USA, Malaysia, Ireland, Finland, Germany, China and New Zealand as per their requirement & skills.
*Must have excellent capability in email, reports, self-business correspondence & other communications.
*Respond and follow up new as well as existing students’ queries. *Maintain high standard in customer service.
Email correspondence with different institutes.
*Report on activities and provide relevant management information.
*Carry out market research, competitor and prospective student surveys.
*To provide highest quality of service to the customers over the phone.
*Perform other duties as assigned.
