Hindu Roommate Wanted

We are looking for 3 Hindu roommates (Candidate from Sylhet division get priority) in a room from 1st. January, 2017. It is a 2nd floor apartment of 2 bed rooms, 1 dining + drawing room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 24 hours watch man, water, gas, WiFi facility. Candidates should be non-smoker, non-political, gentle man. Rent per head about 2350 tk/month and gas + electricity + water bill proportionally.

If you want to take the whole room then you have to pay 7000 tk/month as rent and gas + electricity + water bill proportionally.

1 month advance rent will be required and rent of the running month have to pay within 1st week of the month.
