All you need to get started in sublimation are:
(1) an Epson Inkjet printer (range of models available) with sublimation ink
(2) sublimation paper (Different sizes)
(3) blank sublimation coated products(for example, sublimation T-Shirts)
(Jersey Fabric. Synthetic, Polyester, Mixed 35/65, Nylon, PP Fabric etc)
(4) a heat press machine (Size depends on your requirements)

How to print your image onto a T-Shirt?

Step 1: print out your image on sublimation paper with sublimation ink by your Epson inkjet
printer
Step 2: Placed properly the image facing in the sublimation T-Shirt or other sublimated media
Step 3: placed the Fabric in a heat press machine, set the temperature (210°c or 350°F) and time
(30 seconds)
Step 4: take out the fabric when time is up.
