Invitation for car rent service

Local companies are hereby invited to submit bids for car rent service with the following specification:

1. Price rent should include all costs with VAT and AIT.
2. Price should include driver’s service.
3. Daily routine: working day from 08 A.M. to 06 P.M. for operational reasons work outside regular hours, on weekends and holidays.
4. Rent price shall include fuel, technical maintenance, payment of tokens for Toll Plaza bridge, costs for a driver (including his overtime, lunch, hotel costs).
5. Vehicle is to be parked in user or owner parking area after working house.
6. Day off will be as per the Govt. rules in Bangladesh.

This invitation shall be valid for a period of 5 days. All bidders are requested to submit their bids to the above-mentioned address. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned.
