Just next to Uttara 12 number sector beautiful Park. The park is fully secured by security personnel. In the morning & evening families with kids hang out comfortably. Uttara passport & and Desco office are situated in the same road of my building. The surrounding roads are well carpeted. Famous food chain shop such as Kebab Factory, Labamba, Nanna Biriyani & so on are within walking distance. The roundabout which is known as ‘Chowrasta’ where all banks, Zamzam tower and many others restaurants situated are within around 1 km.

We always prefer nonresident Bangladeshi/ foreigners during their visit at Dhaka. I have few others full furnished apartments at others prime location of Dhaka city.

Building Details:
It is a six storied building. In the Ground floor there are car parking area. Lift, Security & generator connections available. So do not worry about electricity problem at Dhaka.
