## Course duration:
3 days /week [depending on the fitness condition/level of client.]
60 minutes per/workout

## Course Including :
workout routine
Nutrition plan
Supplement plan
Steriod plan
Non steriodal drugs plan
Post cycle therapy [PCT ] routine
& most importantly Personal Training [** Personal Training for 4 years & Fitness consultancy for lifetime]

## Consultancy fees 10 K [ one hour ] [** Consultancy is usually done on Friday at 7 Pm .]

## Course fees :
My fees is TK. 1000000 [ 10 lac Taka only ]

## Training days :
Saturday - Monday - wednesday
or Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday

2.Time/schedule can be chaged after every six months .
3. ** Personal Training for 4 years & Fitness consultancy for lifetime.
4.Payment is non refundable in any circumstances .
5.Conslutancy fees is non refundable .
6.Consultancy schedule can not be changed.
7.Lifetime fitness consultancy will be done on weekly/monthly basis.usually consultancy is done on friday at 7 pm .
