We seek 2 or more dedicated full-time developers to join our team of gifted, dedicated and hard working people who love to create exceptional web experiences.

You are creative, ambitious, hardworking and not afraid of using new technologies.

We use Ruby on Rails as our primary programming platform, but some projects are also developed with C# ASP.Net MVC3 and PHP. You must be a HTML/Flash/CSS/Javascript & Ajax experts with at least 3 years experience and some examples of sites you've worked on.

You must be familiar with Liquid template system for Ruby on Rails and Razor for ASP.Net MVC3.
In addition you are also an experienced templates devoloper for eCommerce solutions (Mangento, osCommerce, Zen Cart, VirtueMart) and blogs/CMS/forums (Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress, Mamboo, phpBB, vBulletin)

The successful Candidates will posses a passion for working on Web 2.0 projects alongside gifted programmers to translate creative and functional briefs into cutting edge user experiences. You will be interacting with designers, programmers and Clients to help plan the best course of action for web projects; creating functional XHTML prototypes and wire frames using Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

Duties will include: Estimates of timescales for design development, designing logo, full website and UI.
