I want to mortgage my flat due to urgent need of money in my business crisis.
For Mortgage legal agreement will be provided for 1-2 years period term and flat will be handover during this period of time .
After the agreement end the person will get the full amount back then returning my flat.
In this 1-2 years period of time the person can use the flat or rent it.
