Target Species : Mosquito larva Dosage : Clean Water - 3.7 to 5m1/0 liters of water to cover 500 sq. meters area. Moderately Polluted Water - 7.5 to 10m 1/10 liters of water to cover 500 sq.meters area. Highly Polluted Water - 7.5 to 10m 1/10 liters of water to cover 500 sq.meters area. Mode of Action : Temper EC produces signs and Symptoms typical of cholinesterase inhibition at moderate levels of exposure, but mortality does not occur unless very large doses of the compound are administered. Antidote : Atropinization patient immediately & maintain full atropinization by repeated doses of 2-4 mg of sulphate intravenously 5-10 minutes interval. Dissolve 1-2gm of 2 PAM in 10 ml distilled water and inject intravenously very slowly of 10-15 minutes Presentation : 05 Liter |
