Need a car for use in Uber

Dear car owners,

I am looking your unused or ideal cars to take rent. Please contact if you are interested to give rent your car. I will use this cars for Uber use.
Condition :
1. Rent will pay within 5th of each month
2. Car will park in my own accommodation.
3. Driver and divers salary will paid by me.
4. General servicing will be done by me monthly
5. General running maintenance work will done by me. Not more then 3000/- monthly if needed.
6. If any unwanted damage happen by me, it will fix by me discuss with owner.
7. Any major work needed on long run, it will fix prior discuss with owner.
8. If owner want to see and monitor the cars condition I will send the car to him/her for owners satisfaction. But not more than 1 time a month and must be at off day. Owner could use the car that day with driver without cost.
9. All yearly renewal cost must bear by owner.
