Answer :PCE (polycarboxylate-based admixture) is the latest generation of high-performance admixture used to improve the properties of concrete. It is a type of concrete admixture known as high-range water-reducing admixtures or superplasticizers. It is composed of an aqueous copolymer of carboxylic acids.

WATER REDUCING PLASTICIZING CONCRETE ADMIXTURE
DESCRIPTION
Simcon®-WPR 1000 Imparts high workability and gives workability retention.

USES
Simcon®-WPR 1000 a superplasticizer for free flowing con- crete in floor, slabs, foundations, walls, plasters slender components with dense reinforcement, walls, columns, pavements and other structural and non structural elements.
Specially recommended for the following types of con- crete:
⦁ Ready mix concrete
⦁ Pre cast concrete
⦁ Site batched concrete

Shelf life 24 months from date of production if stored properly in undamaged un- opened, original sealed packaging.

Storage conditions Store in dry conditions at temperatures between +10°C and +40°C. Protect
from direct sunlight and frost.
Density ~1.17 kg/l at 25°C

Application Dosage : 250ML Per 50KG Cement Bag Compatibility Simcon®-WPR 1000 may be combined with many other Simcon® products. Important: Always conduct trials before combining products in specific mixes and combinations. Compatible with all types of cement and cemen- titious material




APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

DISPENSING
Simcon®-WPR 1000 can be added into the mixing wa- ter or directly into the concrete mixer after 50 – 70% of the mixing water has been added.
The addition of Simcon®-WPR 1000 to dry aggregate or cement is not recommended.
To achieve optimum performance a minimum wet mixing time, which is depending on the mixing condi- tions and the mixer performance, of 60 seconds is re- commended.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
Excessive water addition or overdosing may cause bleeding or segregation.
Overdosing may cause extension of initial and final setting times.
