If you send the whole device, we will invoice you additional $40 for disassembly and reassembly after the repair is complete

This service covers board repair only. Any problems caused by faulty motherboard will be repaired.


ABSOLUTELY NO ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE ADDED!




What this service DOES NOT included:



This service does not include the replacement of any hardware items (ie. Hard Drive, CD/DVD Drive, Ram Memory etc.)


If your device needs any such hardware items, you will be notified and given the option to proceed if you wish.



If your device has more than One of the above mentioned problems, we will notify you, and give you the option to repair for additional fee, or refund you the purchase price minus cost of return shipping plus $20 diagnostics fee, and return the device to you.



In the event your device can not be repaired, your funds will be refunded minus the cost of return shipping plus $20 diagnostics fee. If you do not wish to have the device returned, you will receive 100% Refund of the purchase price.


If the device has already had previous repair attempts and cannot be repaired, the device will be returned and purchase price shall be refunded minus shipping cost and a $20 diagnostics fee.
