Location:- 45, New Eskaton road. Grand Terarce; just beside the Hatirjhil Project. Specifications: 9th floor South facing 1700 sq ft. Car parking is in the ground floor(not in the basement) and it is included in the rental monetary value. All the toilets have hot water facility(pipe installed, you just have to install the geyser). All the rooms have provision for A/C. The total electricity load capacity has been increased from 4rm(as given by the developer) to 10rm just ensure A/C for all the rooms and which is not available in most other flats of the same place. The apartment is a brand new one. The complex is a nice and friendly one to live in and consists of four buildings in the compound with a nice neighborhood. Have a visit to the place to see it by yourself. The developers (Karigar Developers Ltd.) has recently handed it over. Electricity is there but no Gas. We have paid all the extra surcharges for the Gas connection and expecting the connection any moment from now. Since Gas connection is still not here, we would be giving the cost for one cylinder(per month) till the Gas connection comes. Electricity, lift, garage and generator available.
