Learn windows, internet and programming language basics

Hi,

My name is rajib. I have recently graduated in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Dhaka University.
There are many people in our country who have a PC/Laptop and an internet connection but don't know how to use it.
Also there are students/adults who want to learn programming language but don't know where to start.
I am looking for students and interested male/female adults who want to learn about windows operating system,
