Job Description / Responsibility

1) Plan, develop and implement an effective Sales & Marketing strategy.
2) Setting sales target for individual sales representative and team as a whole, according to company guidelines.
3) Provide feedback to the management regarding performance.
4) Monitor team performance and motivate them to achieve targets.
5) Ability to work independently and under pressure, and to meet tight deadlines.
