@ Merchandising Department:
 Price quotation sheet analysis and source of fabrics, trims from both local and foreign suppliers.
 Quote fob price to buyer with detail information about fabrication , trims and possible delivery date.
 If requires review with different fabrics, trim suppliers and garment manufacturer to get their lowest prices for offering possible lower price to buyer.
 Once after order confirmed review the order sheet with price quotation sheet. Prepare list for all tests standard required by buyer for fabric and accessories and inform to all suppliers for maintaining the same standard.
 Prepare a follow up chart for buyer, suppliers and garment manufacturer and co-ordinate these tree different parties.
 Provide the details to trims suppliers for the correct sampling and after receive from them; these are placed to buyer for approval. After approval place order to suppliers and inform expected delivery date.
 Space booking for shipment with shipping line and send shipment details to buyer. Check factory shipment documents and make sure that all documents are prepared correctly.
