You can go to Canada to get training in the following listed courses below. If the course is more than 8 months then you will get work permit when you finish your course successfully. You can also apply for PR through this program.

Requirements:
Valid passport
Letter of acceptance from Canadian Institution
All educational certificates (Minimum HSC)
Sponsor (Financial support)
IELTS/ without IELTS

Procedure:
You have to submit all your papers to Institution to get LOA. If you do not have IELTS then you have to do ESL course in Canada. You have to submit 100 to 500 CAD to get LOA depend on Institution. After getting LOA you have to submit it to Canadian embassy with all your papers and you have to reserve a seat in Canada by paying reservation fees. If you have your papers and sponsor good then visa will be easy.

Courses will be 8 months to 2 years long.
Courses will take 8000 to 30000 CAD depends on course, Institution and course length.
Processing time can be 8 to 12 weeks. But it is strongly suggested that you start your file processing by 6 months in hand. If anything goes wrong you will get time to fix it.
