Help needed in USA

I am an International student at the Ohio State University, Ohio, USA and I'm studying MSc in Electrical Engineering. It's my 2nd semester running.

I was looking for a tutor who can assist me with my study. Any top level undergraduate/graduate student of BUET/CHUET/KHUET/RUET/DUET/Ahsanullah can help me out through Skype/FB/Viber if the materials of the courses are provided to him/her.

I barely get time to concentrate in my studies due to my work and other responsibilities. That is why, I was looking for a tutor with great knowledge of Engineering and Science who can help me out.
Payment can be done online/fund transfer after discussion.

Candidates who has only passed his/her honors in any Science/Engineering discipline and looking for a job/part-time job is highly preferred.
