Opportunity For CANADA Visa

Please read carefully. Here is the general information all you need to know about Canada. Anybody can apply who fulfills the requirements. Here I am giving the running programs of Canadian government.Please read below.

Federal Skilled Workers(FSW)

This is a points based system. You have to score 67 points out of 100. Canadian government accepts foreign nationals as permanent resident by FSW. It has to be in the selected occupation and in desired position work experience. Requirements:

1. Apply from BD minimum Master’s/From Canada Certificate/diploma or higher.
2. 1 year experience in the selected occupation and position within last 10 years.
3. English IELTS 6 or others
4. Proof of funds
5. No criminal record
6. Good in health
7. No age limit
8. Full family can apply
9. Processing time can be 6 months

If you do not meet the requirements then you can go to Canada under a student visa with a short course related your field. Canadian govt. will give you work permit after you finish your study. It will help you to meet the points requirements.

Federal Skilled Trades Program

There are some trades like electric technician, automotive technician etc for which Canada govt. accepts Permanent Resident. There are huge shortage of skilled trade people. So it is the best option to live there. Requirement:

1. Minimum HSC
2. IELTS 5
3. Canadian certificate of qualification in the skilled trade/1 year job offer in Canada
4. Two years work experience out of five in the skilled trade
5. Full family can apply
6. Fast processing than FSW
7. No criminal record
8. Good health
9. Have plan to live out of Quebec

If you do not have the requirements then you can go to Canada for training in a skilled trade. By new rule you will get work permit if the course is 8 months or long. So you can meet the requirements.

Quebec-Selected Skilled workers

Canadian experience class

Requirements:
1. Have plan to live out of Quebec.
2. IELTS required but varies from job to job
3. 1 year work experience in Canada in the selected categories(Managerial, Professional, technical and skill trade jobs)
Here also you can go Canada by student visa for short courses/Trade courses and after your work permit you can apply.

Start-up visa

You do not have to invest. Just give a business plan that is good for Canada if you have.
Requirements:
1. Have a business Idea that will be funded by venture capital/angel investor
2. Minimum HSC
3. Low IELTS score
4. Proof of living funds.

Self-employed persons program

Family sponsorship

If any of your family member lives in Canada Permanently by PR or citizen he/she can sponsor you if you meet the requirements.

Provincial nominees

You can be nominated by Province of Canada. Again you can study ther for short time/ work permit then you can get this opportunity.
