No. of Vacancies 02 Job Description / Responsibility 1.Conduct and coordinate the monthly induction program for new faculty and management personnel 2.Review existing induction and training programs, regularly monitor the effectiveness of various program and develop new policies in the area of training and development 3.Get involved in implementation of new training policies 4.Coordinate and organize in-house as well as external training as needed 5.Do content development for various in-house training programs 6.Plan and implement all training courses (includes materials preparation, logistical arrangements, finance and budget related issues) Job Nature Part time Educational Requirements Minimum – HSC/ BA/BBA/ MBA ,IN ANY DECIPLIN.
