2. Your Update Resume / C.V.

3. Professional documents.

4. Educational documents.

5. Six copies photograph passport size. (Lab print with blazer and tie)

6. Your Personal Mobile Number.

7. National ID colour copy

8. Birth certificate

9. Commissioner/Chairman Certificate

10. Medical Certificate

11. Police clearance certificate

all documents scan & send via email to and hard copies
