Customer Service Executive F P R Group Limited Vacancy 08 Job Description / Responsibility answer calls and handle customer inquiries research required information using available resources and answer to customer queries manage and resolve customer complaints & requests provide customers with product and service information enter new customer information into system, update existing customer information process requests, forms and customer appeals identify and escalate priority issues route calls to appropriate resource follow up customer calls where necessary document all call information according to standard operating procedures complete after call works. Job Nature Part-time Educational Requirements SSC/HSC/BSC/BBA/Honors or equivalent Experience: N/A The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General Banking, Retail Banking, SME Banking, Customer Relation The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center Job Requirements Age 17 to 24 year(s) Must have good interpersonal skills to understand customers concerns Must be able to learn quickly to acquire the product & process knowledge related to service Must also have good knowledge of computer operations and communications to use call center systems efficiently Willing to work at the times required by call center management Willing to work and on 24 X 7 roster basis, including weekends and public holidays. Job Location Dhaka Salary Range 9400-19000 Other Benefits PF, Gratuity, Festival Bonus. Working hour(PART TIME):3days,3hr (per week) Salary:9400+transportation bill+mobile bill Working hour(FULL TIME): Salary:18600 7days,5hrs (per week)+transportation bill+mobile bill Salary will be extended after promotion.Promotion will be given 2times in a year.
