• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls through PABX system
• Provide necessary information to the Client, and take messages .

• Capable to handle customer queries/complains
instantly.
• Collect customer's feedback.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
We would prefer people whom are
done with their studies and can work part/full time.
Their work will be as Maintaining and checking of files. Entrance of note. Keeping the account of money receipt and communicate with client very smartly and whom spoken quality very fast
