Position : 3D Modelar/Animator.
Job Description / Responsibility
• Create appealing characters/creatures for games or animation movies, Ability to unwrap uvw map.
• Create characters, Dresses according to our deshi culture.
• Work closely with Creative Director and Designers to ensure character models meet the requirements of the game play experience, animation or aplication.
• Mentor other Character Modeler's on the team in terms of model appeal, best topology practices, etc.
• Ability to assess and implement clean, efficient geometry for maximum performance in the engine.

Educational Requirements
• (Bachelor/ Diploma)
• Diploma in 3D Max and 3D Maya on 3d Character modeling
• Educational background may be relaxed based on experience and portfolio
Experience Requirements
• 0 to 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
• Age 22 to 35 year(s)
• At least 2 year working experience as a 3D Artist of Character Modeler.
• At least 1 year working experience as a Texture Artist of Character Modeler.
• Portfolio should show quality, taste, and the ability to hit a photorealistic/ believable look.
• Excellent sculpting skills in Zbrush/ Mudbox.
• Knowledge of the human anatomy, physiological reactions, body language and proportions in character concepts in order to express character emotions through movement.
• Excellent work ethic, self-motivation, and able to easily take constructive feedback
• Essential Skills:
• Proficiency with industry software tools & pipelines (3ds max/ Maya, Zbrush/ Mudbox, Photoshop, etc.)
• Self-driven, excellent verbal and written communication, Team player.
• Strong organizational and file management skills
• Strong grasp of form, scale, proportion.
• Preferred:
• A BFA, MFA, art degree, or equivalent degree related to CGI Industry
• Concept art and 2D skills
Salary Range:
• Negotiable in the range of (BDT15,000 – 40,000).
