App developer and website developer ( HEAD OF IT )

A startup IT and group of company requires an expert programmer to create apps for both
IOS and GOOGLE playstore. From day 1, the selected candidate will be assigned to create apps for the company.
1) the candidate must be experienced creating such apps
2) educational background can be relaxed if the skills are high
3) It is a full time job.
4) With salary, there will be project completion bonus
5) Must be formal all the time.
6) English speaking is compulsory.
7) The candidate must be able to code with most of the applications and must be able to solve technical situations
8) What if I ask you to create an application like "uber" or user based application like "bikroy" app ? Can you do that ? If yes, only then apply for the job.
Needs to create websites.
You must have strong experience Front & Back end with PHP (OOP), MySQL, AJAX, JQuery XML, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, CSS , DOM manipulation,
REST, API/ web based services. Different Payment gateway integration, E-commerce experience
Must be experience in SWIFT for IOS.
