We use high quality equipment such as German Black Infrared BGA, SMD rework stations, multimeters, oscilloscopes, microscopes, sweeping frequency ultrasonic washers and solder/desolder equipment.

WE RE-BALL CHIPS WHEN NEEDED AT NO EXTRA COST

We have all the equipment to Re-ball BGA chips that require this procedure. While most blow dryer “fixers” would not be able to reball or replace BGA chips such as your video chip if their “repair” goes wrong. There is no additional charge for the labor for this service.
